Senior Drupal Engineer
Rob started building websites in the mid-1990s, when Internet Explorer was king and table-based layouts were state-of-the-art. A lot has changed since then, but his enthusiasm for the craft hasn’t. With over 25 years of experience, Rob specializes in Drupal, decoupled Drupal/Next.js architectures, and modern JavaScript-driven sites, helping Kanopi’s clients ship accessible, maintainable websites with fast, dynamic user experiences.
Rob leads the Next-Drupal open source project and is a regular contributor to the broader Drupal community. He approaches every project the same way, whether it’s open source or client work— ship something solid, keep it maintainable, and don’t overcomplicate it.
A Navy veteran, Rob spends his time outside of work with his wife and kids, tinkering with 3D modeling/printing, creating home automations, and rooting for the Angels.
