Charissa joined Kanopi as a Senior Project Manager for our Support team and has grown from there! Her experience with web builds, UX/UI, SEO optimization, content updates, security needs, and training makes her uncommonly well-rounded in all aspects of the process of website creation and maintenance. For Kanopi clients, her skills translate into a stronger level of confidence in the long-term success of their websites.
Charissa’s favorite parts of the job are helping clients solve problems, keeping their websites running smoothly, and seeing the positive impact Kanopi’s work has on a client’s business. She values building long-lasting relationships with clients and working alongside brilliant minds working to make the web smarter and brighter.
When she’s not managing projects, Charissa enjoys flipping furniture and other DIY projects, cooking, long-distance running, and hiking.
