Vicki Drever

For the past several years, Vicki has used her formidable organizational skills to help Kanopi staff and potential hires navigate processes related to HR. As an empathetic person who deeply cares about the experiences of those around her, Vicki truly values the opportunity to be a part of the HR team at Kanopi. Whether an employee’s needs are complex or simple, Vicki is on top of all the details.

Years of focusing on user experience naturally progressed to a keen desire to focus on the employee experience. Vicki draws from her diverse background (marketing, education, non-profit development, and finance) to assist Kanopi’s current and prospective employees in onboarding and navigating their overall experience at Kanopi. With a belief that Kanopi will thrive if its team thrives, Vicki looks forward to supporting Kanopi and its Kanopians for years to come.

Outside of Kanopi, Vicki’s focus is her kids, followed by working out, hiking, beaching, and the noble intention to do yoga more regularly.
