Martin Family Initiatives: Mobile User Experience and Training & E-Learning

The TREES Network website helps Martin Family Initiatives deliver culturally appropriate training for education professionals. Its redesign refreshed the front end, improved usability, and added new learning features, including a video library and a clearer course structure for logged-in users. Discovery shaped those changes, from site and content mapping to user surveys, heat maps, and an analytics review.

Trout Unlimited: Homepage, Environmental Awareness, and Non-Profit

The redesigned homepage gives Trout Unlimited’s visitors faster access to local chapter information and clearer paths to membership and donations. Its navigation now uses a clearer, more scannable layout with stronger calls to action. User surveys, workshops with the Trout Unlimited team, and a content audit informed the new structure.

Out & Equal: Website User Experience and Diversity & Inclusion

Out & Equal, a nonprofit focused on workplace inclusion, used to run two disconnected websites with different branding. One WordPress site now brings them together. Members sign in to the Global Hub through Salesforce with passwordless login, and a new ERG Registry lets them list and find workplace resource groups.
