Chapter Three acquisition

Kanopi acquired San Francisco-based Drupal agency Chapter Three in January 2026. The acquisition expands our digital experience services, including Drupal services, and strengthens our presence in the Bay Area. It also supports continued growth with municipal and corporate clients while building on our existing work in the nonprofit, education, and healthcare sectors.
