Tim Tufts
Tim helps clients understand how to achieve their goals by leveraging Kanopi’s experts as efficiently as possible to make a vision come to life online. Tim’s work is more than just keeping track of budgets and deadlines; he guides clients through the overall project lifecycle, acting as a point of contact, an educator in best practices, and an interpreter for client needs.
Tim’s passion lies in the inner workings of every project. His career began as a graphic designer where he not only designed websites, but also learned to build them. Those early years gave him a better appreciation of the effort that goes into creating and maintaining user-friendly, and sustainable systems. Ten years later, he’s using those skills to connect client goals to actionable solutions; he knows it's one thing to be able to articulate needs, but it's something else entirely to create a plan to act on them.
Tim has worked in a number of different verticals (Nonprofit, Education, Technology, etc.), and with a variety of clients (Virgin, Home Depot, Princeton, etc) giving him a breadth of experience on which to draw. Several of those projects have won awards from the Web Marketing Association, the Internet Advertising Competition, and from Acquia.
When he’s not whipping projects into shape, Tim can be found doing projects around the house including gardening and woodworking.
