Helping clients and colleagues succeed through thoughtful relationship-building, strategic guidance, and seamless collaboration is what drives Jen every day. As Kanopi’s Client Engagement Manager, she serves as a key bridge between Sales and Delivery, partnering with clients from early conversations through successful project outcomes. Jen works closely with internal teams to ensure that client goals, project scope, and delivery plans are aligned, creating exceptional, human-centered experiences that support both growth and long-term success.

Jen’s career began with an interest in graphic design, which quickly led her to specialize in web design. Fueled by a desire to be deeply involved in the creative and strategic process, she expanded into project, account, and client management within the web industry, teaching herself to download, install, and customize WordPress themes. From there, she went on to learn multiple CMS platforms, ultimately falling in love with Drupal in 2016 during the transition from D7 to D8. Since then, Jen has continued to blend technical fluency with strategic insight to help clients evolve, grow, and get lasting value from their digital platforms.
