Curtis is an innovative WordPress Engineer who helps clients develop engaging, user-friendly websites. Curtis is known for translating those "I'll know it when I see it" ideas into defined, measurable goals, adding them to timelines, and completing them within budget. He excels in a team environment, working closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads at Kanopi to create and maintain custom themes and plugins for several WordPress sites.
With a career spanning 12 years gained in various in-house and agency roles, Curtis wows clients with custom WordPress plugins that solve pain points revealed through research and discovery phases. He's well-versed in developing responsive themes for multi-lingual and corporate websites in particular, focusing on back-end development to identify issues and make websites work. His marketing and UX experience gives him the ability to find the perfect balance between business and user needs in an online presence.
When he's not improving website accessibility and performance through research-backed web development, you'll most likely find Curtis practicing capoeira or parkour. He also dabbles in film-making.
